Oscar Charles Jr. is the founder and head trainer at Tri90 Fitness, where he’s spent the past five years building more than just a gym. He’s built a powerful community rooted in transformation. At Tri90, the focus is clear: mobility, strength, and functional training designed to support real life. Whether you're chasing after your kids, lifting groceries with ease, or simply wanting to move better and feel stronger, Oscar meets you where you are and helps you build from there.

Through intentional coaching and personalized programming, Tri90 guides clients of all ages and abilities through a proven 90-day system that creates sustainable change, physically and mentally. With an emphasis on form, stability, and purposeful movement, clients not only build strength, but also resilience and confidence.

July 2025: A year ago, I walked into Tri90 an obese smoker approaching my 65th birthday. It was a rough, slow start. I had poor posture, struggled with rudimentary exercises and had no cardiovascular endurance. I was also expecting an overnight "cure". With Oscar's patience and perseverance, one year later I have lost weight, quit smoking and developed some muscle tone and strength. I'm still working on the Cardio endurance and weight - but as Oscar says, "Trust the Process". I would highly recommend Oscar and Tri90 as a fitness destination regardless of your age or physical condition. Oscar adapted and customized a program for me. I have progressed from a single 30-minute session to a 45-minute private session and 2-3 group classes a week (something I originally said I wouldn't be able to do). Oscar also helped me develop a plan for working on my own at home, including providing the tools necessary. The other gym members are genuine and supportive. This is gym is built upon the premise of helping each other. I'm looking forward to the next year and the results I will achieve.

He truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and customizes each workout session to your bodies needs. I've been a client at Tri90 for a year now. I have to say that this is by far the best gym/training experience I've ever had! Oscar does a great job of making sure that you're challenged in a workout, but not losing focus on the movement's form, and potentially hurting yourself.
