Kendall has been with Tri90 since 2025 and brings an incredible blend of passion, energy, and care to every session. She is a classically trained ballerina and gymnast with over 15 years of yoga experience. Kendall is certified in Power Vinyasa Yoga, CPR, and Aquafit.

She creates a supportive and motivating environment while helping clients build stability, strength, and mobility. Her coaching style is encouraging, thoughtful, and accessible to all fitness levels. Kendall consistently reminds our members that at Tri90, we expect progress, not perfection.

I’ve been training since I was 18 years old, but what truly defines my approach isn’t just experience — it’s education. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Eastern Illinois University and hold multiple NASM certifications, including Personal Training, Stretching & Flexibility, and Youth Exercise Specialist.


My focus goes beyond workouts. I help adults and youth athletes understand how their bodies move, build strength safely, and train in a way that supports long-term health and performance.
Whether your goal is to feel better day-to-day or help a young athlete move and perform more confidently, training should be intentional — not random.

I specialize in strength training for beginner to moderate-level clients, and I’m passionate about helping others discover how powerful they really are—physically and mentally.


Coaching is new to me—but the journey is not. I’ve lived it. I know how hard it can be to start, to stay consistent, and to believe in yourself again. That’s why I’m here—to walk alongside you on yours. I believe in enhancing, not restricting. Empowering, not limiting.

Everyone’s path is unique, and I’m here to help you uncover your strength, celebrate your wins, and keep going even on the tough days. Amongst my friends, I’m known as the organizer—the one who keeps people connected and makes sure we show up for each other. That’s exactly what I want to bring into our training space: connection, encouragement, and community.

Oscar Charles, Jr.

Oscar Charles Jr. is the founder and head coach of Tri90 Fitness. His journey into fitness began during the COVID era, when he transformed his garage into a training space rooted in discipline, purpose, and service. What started as a personal commitment to growth quickly became a community. About a year and a half later, that garage evolved into Tri90 Fitness in Grafton; a place Oscar proudly calls home.


Oscar believes in commitment, consistency, and persistence. He leads with patience, faith, and endurance, and coaches with the belief that real change comes from trusting the process. The Tri90 Way is built on honesty and progress over perfection, creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and safe to grow.


Tri90 is more than a gym. It is a home. A community where clients are treated like family, met exactly where they are, and guided forward without judgment. Oscar’s mission is simple—to create a community of people move without pain, grow stronger, and show up better for life.

Designed for those new to strength training or returning after time away. Beginner classes focus on foundational movement, proper technique, mobility, and confidence-building in a supportive, coached environment. No experience required.

Intermediate

For individuals with training experience who are ready to challenge themselves. These classes blend strength, conditioning, and mobility with thoughtful progressions, allowing members to continue building strength, endurance, and movement quality.

Athlete

Built for competitive and recreational athletes looking to improve performance. These sessions emphasize speed, power, strength, agility, and durability to support sport-specific demands and long-term athletic development.

Family

TA fun, inclusive training option designed for parents and kids to move together. Family classes focus on teamwork, basic strength, coordination, and healthy movement habits in a positive, encouraging setting.

Youth

Focused on developing strong, confident young athletes through age-appropriate strength training, coordination, balance, and movement fundamentals. Youth classes prioritize safety, technique, and building a lifelong love for fitness.
